Once upon a time television was our main source of entertainment, but nowadays on demand content is challenging that dominance, among the challengers is YouTube. One of its advantages is the ability to host content of different genres that wouldn’t make mainstream , among them is queer content, and there’s no lack of queer content creators.

Channel Michael and Matt may not have millions of follows but it is a long-time resident on Youtube where dentist Michael Lindsay and photographer husband Mattew Schueller, a retired nurse, have been documenting both their growing relationship over the last decade as well as their international travels and now their journey towards parenthood as they explore the world of surrogacy.

If you’re looking a sweet innocent couple who enjoy travelling, Michael and Mat are a worthy channel to follow.

Matthew and Paul are another cute couple worth following. They are quite new to Youtube but have been on other social media for many years. They’re an interabled couple, with Canadian artist Paul living with a degenerative eye condition and his American husband Matthew, a violinist, showing that despite the difficulties they face, they can always smile and enjoy life to the fullest.

Olly Pike is the Director and CEU (Chief Executive Unicorn) of Pop ‘N’ Olly, a free queer resource for young people, educators and families that breaks down what it is to be queer and gives clear and easy to understand lessons on queer concepts aimed at countering bigotry before it has a chance to develop in the first place.

Olly’s content is sweet, charming and inclusive. Pop ‘N’ Olly has sold over 25,000 books world wide with many thousands being donated directly to primary schools across the United Kingdom.

Adventures of Zach and B doesn’t post often prefering to focus on quality over quantity, but when he does the quality of his videos is apparent.

Following the life of Zachery and his husband, Army Officer Allistair and their dogs. Their videos include fun and heart warming content but also covers the difficulties of having a spouse in the armed forces including moving from base to base and the multi-month deployments that comes with that lifestyle.

Alex is an English graphics designer, author and trans YouTuber who documented his transition including covering his top surgery and experience on T.

He doesn’t upload as much anymore but his videos are a great resource for learning about the trans community and answering questions you may have around transitioning as well has a few fun vlogs thrown in for good measure.

He also has Instagram where he uploads more frequently and has written a non-fiction book on his transition experiences.

Jamie is a bi and trans doctoral Youtuber who through his
channel, Jammiedodger, has documented his transition journey including surgery, mental health, hormone replacement therapy and equality.

Jamie has described his transition journey as mostly complete but that hasn’t stopped him from continuing to upload on a regular basis with many entertain reaction videos alongside his wife Shaaba.

Her channel follows queer and cultural/regligous topics as well as reaction videos to Reddit posts and other queer matters plus regular collaboration with the husband.

with content ranging from breaking news to music and entertainment to healthcare and politics.
